Level 4 T TH 5:00am-6:45am, Saturdays 7:00am-9:00am, Open rowing available TH evenings, 5:45pm-7:30pm
Level 3 M W 5:15am-6:45am, Saturdays 7:00am-9:00am, Open rowing available TH evenings, 5:45pm-7:30pm
Note: Level 3 and Level 4 will be combined on T/TH mornings from March 1-April 15
Our women's sweep programs include rowers aged 20-70ish. Some learned to row in high school or college, others started rowing as adults. Participants in Level 3 and 4 train and compete in local and regional regattas. Level 4 rowers also may elect to compete at national regattas. Movement between the levels is based on erg scores and coach approval.
