Club coached programs kick off March 1
Submitted by Peter Edwards on Tue, 02/19/2013 - 10:27pmStarting March 1, Station L's coached club programs begin for the 2013 rowing season.
All sweep rowers will be meeting T, TH from 5-7am and Saturdays from 7-9am. After the Covered Bridge Regatta April 13-14, we will divide the sweep rowers into the MW Level 3 group, and the TTH Level 4 group.
All scullers will meet on Fridays (5-7am) and Sundays (7-9am) with Brad. A similar division into Level 3 and Level 4 will be done in April, or when the numbers of scullers grows large enough to warrant another group.
Of course Saturdays remain open to all, with a coached session from 7-9am. We also have a Saturday only membership option in 2012, for those too busy to join us during the week. The Saturday only membership is $200/year.
If you are considering a return to rowing, join us for a few guest rows--especially at the Saturday sessions. If you are new to rowing, check out our Learn to Row classes
