  • Head of the Lake results

Beautiful sunny skies in Seattle for Head of the Lake.  Yes, it's true.  Sun!

The last regatta of the 2011 season was a good one for Station L.  2nd places for the women's 8+ and the men's 8+ in very tight competitive races.  4th places for the women's and men's 4+'s.  In sculling, our men's 2x was 8th and the mixed 2x was 5th.  In the women's single, Carey Connell got tangled in some buoys, but still gets to bring her new 1x home from Seattle.

We took delivery of our new women's Pocock K4+.    In all, a great weekend for rowing in Seattle.
