  • 4 x 5 min pieces, 85% pressure.  4 min rest between each
  • Descending splits [i.e. push harder]  each minute.   Raise rate each minute by 1 spm.  So I'd start at 21, then move up to 22, 23, 24 and 25 for the final minute.
