2010 To Do's

The following are equipment projects and other to do's for 2010. Add suggestions if you have them. Or join us for the Spring work party, on Feb. 27 from 9-11am at the boathouse.
Fix Edwards footstretchers
4 new pairs of shoes for Chambers
Adjust tracks in Townsend, new shoes if needed
Order new riggers for Frederick
Clean and fix damage, Boston Whaler launch
sculling riggers for an eight
I would like to suggest that STL is going to purchase sculling riggers to equip one of the older and mostly unused eights in the boathouse (for ex. the Vespoli) for use as a sculling eight (Achter).
It would increase the opportunities for scullers to go out and give motivation for sweep rowers to learn to scull. Also, it would make use of a boat that otherwise only gathers dust and occupies rack space.
